Serves: 10
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 3 hours

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Large White Onion, chopped
2 cans Tomato Soup
2 - 15 oz can Salsa Dip, medium
2 - 15 oz can Cheese Dip, recommend: Cheese Whiz
1 Jalapeño, seeded and diced finely
Serve with: 2 bags tortilla chips

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add in the beef and brown for about 8 minutes. Then add the onion with the beef and cook until onion becomes translucent and beef is cooked through.

While the beef and onion are cooking add the tomato soup, salsa, cheese dip and jalapeño into a crockpot. Once the hamburger has cooked through, drain out any grease and add the hamburger and onion into the crockpot with all the other ingredients.

Place crockpot on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
