Treat your loved ones to this decadente chocolate covered strawberries.

Serves: 2 dozen strawberries

Ingredients:

1 container of strawberries
2 4-oz package of bittersweet chocolate, chopped (recommended: Ghirardelli)
2 4-oz package of white chocolate, chopped (recommended: Ghirardelli)
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tbls of butter

​Directions:

Rinse and dry the strawberries and set aside. Chop up the chocolate and place in 2 separate bowls. (one for white and one for dark) Pour 1 tsp of vanilla extract in each chocolate bowl and 1 tbls of butter ONLY in the bittersweet chocolate bowl. Place over a double boiler and stir until chocolate is melted, about 10 minutes. Take the bowl off the double boiler and dip the strawberries into the chocolate. Decorate and Enjoy!
