Bellini's are a fabulous drink for any celebration.


Cranberry Juice:
5 cups of water
1 lb (16 oz) of fresh cranberries (save a few for garnish)
4 orange peels
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cups sugar (depending on taste, may need more)

1 bottle of champange
Drizzle of Orange Liqueur (triple sec)


Directions:

Put water, cranberries, orange peel, cinnamon stick, sugar in a sauce pan over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst. Then strain, you can keep the pulp to make cranberry sauce if so desired. Taste and see if it needs more sugar then cool in the refrigerator.

Fill glass 1/4 full with cranberry juice then fill almost to the top with champagne. Drizzle orange liqueur over top and garnish with carnberries. Cheers!.
