Relish in the fruits of the season with this fresh fruit salad that is a light, refreshing and flavorful dessert. This is an easy recipe that your friends, family and even children will enjoy, give it a try.

1 Grapefruit, segmented
1 Orange, segmented
3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
6 oz Strawberries, sliced
3 oz Raspberries
3 oz Blackberries
3 oz Blueberries
3 tbls Honey
1 tsp Fresh Mint, chopped
1 tbls Orange Liquor (optional)


Begin by segmenting the grapefruit and orange by cutting off both the top and the bottom of the fruit so it sits flat. Then use a sharp knife and follow the curvature of the fruit, cut the skin off in vertical cuts. Insert the knife as close to the membrane as possible and do so on the other side of the segment. Remove the segment and repeat the process.

Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss. This salad can be made several hours in advance. Enjoy!
