1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 cup Frozen Fruit, any fruit will work

1/2 cup Low Fat Milk

1 tbsp Honey


Directions:

In a blender combine the yogurt, frozen fruit, milk and honey. Blend to combine then serve and enjoy!
