AMATEUR KITCHEN
Kraft PHILADELPHIA has created the most rewarding, rich, smooth, creamy spread…PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE. This new chocolate spread is the perfect treat anytime, anywhere.
This delicious spread is made with real Belgian chocolate and is available in milk, dark or white chocolate. All flavors can be used as an indulgent chocolate spread on cookies, fruit or graham crackers. Do you enjoy sweet and savory together? Try pairing it up with pretzels, chips and even bacon. Personally, I prefer PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE alone, as I enjoy eating the white chocolate right out of the container. I also like the individual cups PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE offers that are available in 1.25 oz cups of bliss at a cost of just 110 calories!
Other than enjoying a cup of PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE my favorite way to unwind is cooking. Experimenting with new recipe ideas brings me a feeling of accomplishment especially when I create a new culinary masterpiece. Of course, the ultimate reward is enjoying my creation. Please let me know about your favorite ways to indulge and unwind in your personal life by commenting on this article.
Since I love to cook I wanted to make a new creation with PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE. This recipe combines the flakiness of a puff pastry and a creamy rich chocolate spread with a sweet berry on top. I haven’t come up with a name for this creation just yet, so if you have any ideas please comment and let me know.
Next time you’re at the store, make sure you pick up a container of PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE and try these three different chocolate spreads. Let me know which flavor you chose and how you paired it or like me, if you enjoyed it alone one spoon at a time.

~ NAME THIS RECIPE ~
Serves: 24
Prep: 15 minutes
Bake: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 container PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE, flavor of your choice
2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
1 egg
1 tbsp water
24 raspberries, or any berry of your choice
2 oz powder sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Thaw out puff pastry for 40 minutes on the counter top or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Roll pastry out so there are no creases in the middle. Then cut the dough with a 2 ½ inch round cutter.
4. Place dough cut outs on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
5. In a small bowl combine the egg and water and mix well. Spread over the top of each dough disks, this will help the pastry become golden brown. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until a golden brown.
6. Take pastries out of the oven and place on a cooling rack and allow for the pastries to cool completely.
7. Then spread over your favorite PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE over the top of each pastry disk and top with a raspberry.
8. Sprinkle powder sugar over top, then serve and indulge!
