Be sure to save the pumpkin seeds from your Halloween jack-o’-lantern so you can make this crunchy, healthy snack.
Serves: 1-2 cups
Prep: 2 Min. + time to take shell off
Cook: 40 Min.
1-2 cup pumpkin seeds, (Optional seeded)
2 tsp butter
1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Toss pumpkin seeds into melted butter and salt and spread a single layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, serve and enjoy!!
*The seeds are best when dried over night on a kitchen towel. (Don’t dry on a paper towel-it’s a real pain the next day to get the seeds off!)
