This four-ingredient cookie is absolutely divine. 

Makes: 24 cookies
Bake: 10-12 minutes


Ingredients:
1 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Combine softened butter and sugar in a blender and beat for several minutes; until smooth.
Then add in the vanilla extract; beat to combine. Afterwards slowly incorporate the flour to combine. 

Lay dough onto parchment paper and form a circle. Then roll into 1/4 inch, cut into rectangles (or custom shapes). Separate the dough and place on a baking sheet. 


Place baking sheet into the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden. Allow for cookie to cool  on wire rack then frost. (Frosting recipe to follow). 

Frosting Recipe:

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Butter, softened
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Milk, if frosting is too thick may need to add more
Green Food Coloring, optional (depending on depth of color will depend how much is added)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
