Spaghetti with sausage and kale will be a new favorite recipe with you and your family.
Prep: 10 minutes
6 oz spaghetti
3 Italian sausage links, removed from casings
½ bunch kale, remove stem and
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp crushed red pepper flake
3 oz parmesan cheese, grated
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
Place a skillet on a high heat and drizzle some olive oil in the skillet. Place sausage in the skillet and brown, approximately 7 minutes. Remove sausage from the skillet and place on a plate with paper towels under to help drain the sausage. Then turn the heat to a medium and lightly brown the garlic, about 2 minutes. Add in the red pepper flakes and spaghetti and sauté for 4 minutes. To the spaghetti add back in the sausage, kale and parmesan cheese, stir until combined and kale has wilted. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
