This strawberry bruschetta is the perfect sweet snack. The sugar is caramelized over the top of juicy strawberries which turns the strawberries almost into a fresh jam. 


Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 30 seconds


Ingredients:

4 Slices of Bread, recommended Italian

3 tbsp Chocolate Spread, recommended Nutella

4-5 Strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar


Directions:

Toast both sides of the bread slices on a griddle or in a toaster. Then spread the chocolate spread evenly over the top of each slice. Add the fresh strawberries over the chocolate spread and sprinkle the turbinado sugar over the strawberries. Take a kitchen torch and caramelize the sugar. 


(If you don’t have a kitchen torch caramelize the sugar using the broiler option for the oven.)
